Robin and I will miss Rick very much. We still tell funny stories about working with him many years ago. We have never forgotten what a good and kind man Rick was, who always lifted your spirits with his good nature. And that Rick loved his family more than anything else. He invited me to meet up with him recently, and I am so sad that we didn't get around to it - we should never put off the important things. But, my friend, we will meet again in a place where laughter and friendship never end. May God welcome you home.

Anna, I worked with Rick at Houston Immigration Services Center in the 1980's and Paul and I came to celebrate Michelle's Quinceanera and kept up on FaceBook. He was such a joy to work with--keeping my younger and sillier self out of trouble. I am sad for his passing but happy for the memories of such a good man. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
