Richard Lee Armfield, 83, died Friday, July 19, 2013. He was born September 14, 1929 to his late parents, Vernon and Madalene Armfield. He is also preceded in death by his sons, Roger and Charles Armfield. He served his country in the Navy and was a member of the American Legion Sellersburg Post.

Survivors include:
Wife: Ronell Armfield
Daughter: Carol Paschall
Granddaughters: Melissa Faith, Jennifer Hogue, Christi Steller, Leah Armfield, and Jackie Gortney
4 Great-grandchildren

Visitation will be from 1:00pm to 5:00 pm Sunday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana. His Funeral Service will be 5:00 pm Sunday in the Kraft Charlestown Road Chapel with private burial to follow in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany, Indiana
