My condolences on your loss. Unfortunetly I have never had the opportunity to meet Mr. Bordas. I worked with John and tonight met his family. How blessed you all are to have had such a remarkable man in your lives. Peace be with all of you.

My sincere sympathy to Richard's family. It does not seem so long ago that I worked with Dick in the Fall River area. Dick was a compassionate human service professional who impressed me as I learned social work. I am grateful for having worked with him.

It was always such a pleasure to share time together with Dick. Either at work, talking together during a shift change, or just a tap on the shoulder and nod in church. He was a kind and compassionate man, and I consider myself a fortunate human being to have been able to spend time with such a nice guy.
My sincere condolences, Lee. You are in my prayers.

Mr. B. was one of the people in my life that inspired me to become a Social Worker. He was a wonderful man and both he and Mrs. B. are a big of my family. Mr. B. officiated at our wedding back in 1998 and we had the pleasure of him officiating at our daughter's wedding last September. I will never forget the kindness both Mr. B. and his wife afforded me through some very difficult times in my life. I will miss him at our family functions as he always took time out of his busy life to be in attendance. Godspeed. Love you.

Richard was always our "go to man" at St.Luke's. His compassion for others was unmeasureable, and he would make the time to help out whenever he could. I can still see him holding hands with a patient who was ill, soothing their tears, and sharing their worries. I will miss Richard more then words can say. He was my co-worker, but more, he was my friend.

We will miss Dick he was a wonderful human being and is very much loved by our entire family. Aunt Betty was very sad to hear of Dick's passing. When we went to the nursing home to tell her, she was just stunned. She said Dick was the reason she couldn't wait to get to the reunion this year. She loved and enjoyed his company, very much. Our thoughts are with you Lee, John, Ed, Hanna and families. God Bless you and may Dick's soul rest in peace!
