ORLEANS - Richard E. "Dick" Farragher, 81, of Orleans, MA, passed away peacefully after a long illness on December 11, 2016. He leaves behind his loving wife of 22 years, Patricia E. of Orleans, MA.
Dick was an avid golfer and a huge Patriots fan. He loved to read and do his puzzles. He was an electrical engineer for RCA, Kodak and GCA Engineering. He also has his private pilot's license.
Besides his wife Patricia, he is survived by his daughter Terry L. White of Lancaster, MA and her husband Gerard B. White; son, David Farragher of South Carolina, and his wife Brenda; grandchildren, Jaime, John, Steven, Stephanie and Samantha; two great granddaughters; and two very close nieces, Leslie and Carla; and many friends in North Carolina. He was predeceased by his son, Raymond J. Farragher in 2013, and his late wife Shirley A. in 1986, as well as his sister Barbara Farragher.
He will be sadly missed by family and friends.
Services will be held at a later date.
