Dear Diane and Family,
I am sad to hear about the passing of Rich. Rich was a very caring person to those he served, co-workers, and all he would meet. He always had a creative solution to issues. We are very grateful for his service to our country during the Viet Nam War, as one who has a brother who served during this time, we are so appreciative.
