Richard Todd, 88, of Fort Smith died in his home on January 21, 2013. He was born June, 30, 1924 in Oklahoma City. He was the youngest of 3 children to Homer Dick Todd and Linnie Dykes Todd. Richard was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Nini, 3 children, sons Richard, Gary, daughter Shauneen, and two sisters. Richard was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church. Richard served in the Navy during World War II where he received 6 campaign ribbons and 3 bronze stars. Richard enjoyed all sports but mainly golf and dancing. Visitation will be Thursday, January 24, 2013, at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel followed by the funeral service at 2:00 PM with Rev. Steve Poarch officiating. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.

He is survived by his son Allan and wife Leslie of Edmond, OK, 11 grandchildren, 8, great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be his grandsons Phillip Villegas, Michael Todd, Rick Villegas and Chris Todd, nephew Dick Bailey and son-in-law Luis Villegas.
