Richard Martin Tullis was called home to be with the Lord and to join his Mother and Father in Heaven on January 22, 2017.
He was born on July 1, 1971 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Ann & Earnest Tullis, who preceded him in death.
He is survived by his sister, Mary Coleman, brother-in-law, Tim Coleman, his niece Lauren Coleman and other family & friends.
Services will be held at Chapel Hill Funeral Home on Wednesday January 25th @ 10:00 a.m. with burial to follow in the Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
