Ricky Sulfridge age 53 of Tazewell, TN was born August 12, 1964 and passed away September 10, 2017 at Fort Sanders regional Hospital in Knoxville, TN. Ricky was a member of Grissom Island Baptist Church. His passion was mehanics. Ricky had a heart of gold and would offer help to anyone who needed it. He was preceded in death by his Mother and step-Father H.W. and Phyllis Reece; Daughter, Ashley Sulfridge, Brother, Randy Sulfridge; Grandparents, Willie and Bobbie Carpenter and Clyde and Martha Sulfridge; step-Son, Fredrick Collins; Mother-in-law, Dorothy Campbell.
He is survived by his wife: Barbara Sulfridge
Sister: Karen Greer
Granddaughters: Shelley Richardson and Autumn Collins
Grandsons: Jacob, Jerrich and Auston Ausmus
As well as a host of nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
The family will receive friends from 1 until 3 p.m. Wednesday September 13, 2017 at Coffey Funeral Home in Tazewell with funeral service to follow at 3 P.M. Wednesday in the Coffey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial in the Carpenter Cemetery.
Ministers: Rev. Stanley Carpenter and Rev. Tony Dalton
Pallbearers: Cody Asher, Matt Callaway, Eric Carpenter, Chris Justice, David Rush and Dean Clement.
