Robert "Bob" Lee Everman
75, went to his heavenly home Jan. 2, 2014. Bob resided in Martinsville, IN. and had recently became a snowbird in South Fort Myers, Fl.
He graduated from Beech Grove HS in 1956. While in high school he belonged to the Naval Reserve and immediately following graduation joined the United States Marine Corps and served four years.
Bob retired from GM Truck and Bus in the year 2000 as a skilled trades machine repairman. In his retirement years he enjoyed making various things in his wood shop, golfing, fishing, and playing cards. He had recently started an art class where he resided in South Fort Myers.
Bob was a member of the Beech Grove Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite and Murat Shrine.
He is survived by his wife Patricia Brady Everman of 54 years, daughters Cheryl L. Everman and Cindy Tucker Brown (Tom). Sons Jeff A. Everman, Forrest L. Tucker (Dawn); 9 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren and one on the way; two brothers and one sister; several nieces and nephews and many many friends.
Visitation will be Sat. Jan 11th from 4:00-8:00 PM at Little & Sons Funeral Home Beech Grove Chapel with Masonic Services at 7:00 PM. Visitation will also take place Sun. Jan.12th from 2:00-6:00 PM in the funeral home with Funeral Services at 4:00 PM followed by Military honors.
