Mr. Robert E. Hayward, 75, of Fulshear, Texas, entered into eternal rest Wednesday, May 10th, 2017 after a long illness. Bob was born in Lynn, MA to the late Edward C. Hayward and Verna Levesque Hayward. He is survived by his daughter, Kimberly (Hayward) LaSalle and husband Todd of Lafayette, LA and son Brian R. Hayward of Houston, TX. He also leaves behind his two beloved granddaughters, Kamryn and Riley LaSalle and his two brothers, William C. Hayward of Lake Chapala, MX and Roy J. Hayward of Byfield, MA.
Bob graduated from Lynn English High School in Lynn, MA and served in the U.S. Navy for three years. Post military, he was recruited to play basketball for Tyler Junior College in Tyler, TX and then to the University of Houston in Houston, TX. He received many awards and accolades during his time there.
He went on to own two successful IT companies in Houston and served as Chairman of IT for American Public Transportation Authority in Houston where he provided U.S. Congressional Testimony on Y2K.
