Robert (Bob) L. Hartson Sr.
"a.k.a. No Name"
Bob passed away March 25 at his home in Puyallup. Born April 28, 1939 in Bellingham WA to Alexandria and Elmer Hartson. Dad spent most of his childhood in Alaska, graduated from Anacortes HS and attended Western Washington University majoring in history. Dad was an Army veteran, a fisherman in Alaska and a wine and beer salesman in the Spokane and Puget Sound areas. He is survived by his sons: Terry Hartson; Rob Hartson and wife Diane, 3 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and many dear friends in the Puyallup area. Dad was an expert on history, always had great music playing, loved a home cooked meal and was a walking encyclopedia who enjoyed sharing his vast knowledge to all that would listen. Services will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, April 10 at Powers Funeral Home located at 320 W. Pioneer Ave, Puyallup. Following the service there will be a 1:30 pm ceremony at Tahoma National Cemetery with military honors located at 18600 SE 240th St, Kent.

So sorry to read of his passing. We were in the class of 57 together. I remember him as a quiet and good person.

Cheyenne and Lito Pernites
We are so sorry to hear about Uncle Bob. He was such a great man! We didn't see him much but was able to spend some quality time with him. He had a lot of great stories to tell! We will miss you Uncle Bob... Now you and grandma Barbara (Goff) can sit in heaven and visit with each other all day. We love you.
