Robert Monroe Yeatts, 74, of Lynchburg passed away on Friday, October 14, 2016 at Lynchburg General Hospital. He was the loving husband of Nancy Wilson Yeatts.
Born on March 8, 1942 in Lynchburg, he was the son of the late Robert and Fannie Yeatts. Robert was a hard working man who retired from B&W after many years of service. He was a man of faith who attended Blue Ridge Community Church. Throughout his life, his family remained his constant priority and passion.
In addition to his wife, Nancy, Robert is survived by his children, Michael Yeatts, Christopher Yeatts and wife Mikki Jordan, and Brittany Yeatts; four God-children, Julie Riddle, Jessica Riddle, Amber Riddle, and Nathan Riddle; and his sister Betty Guerrero and husband Santiago.
The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8 pm on Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at Whitten Timberlake Chapel.
A funeral service will be held at 1 pm on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at Whitten Timberlake Chapel with treasured family friend Aaron Scott officiating. Entombment will follow at Fort Hill Memorial Park.
