Rocky Adams - a native and lifelong resident of Mobile, AL died Monday, January 2, 2012 at home. He was a member of Stockton Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his step-father, Charles E. Bailey; and father, Robert F. Adams, Sr. Survivors include his daughter, Heather Adams; daughter-in-law, Ariel Tucker; mother, Betty Sue Ray Bailey; lifelong best friend, Pee Wee Adams Glass; seven siblings, Kathy Cross, Steve Bailey, Kenneth Bailey, Michael Scott Adams, Mark Bailey, Kelly Adams Phillips and Richard Bailey; two aunts, Janie Fredrickson and Edna McNeely; nieces, nephews and other relatives. Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 4, 2012, at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens with Bro. Glenn Whitfield officiating and eulogy by David Neutze. The family will receive friends at the funeral home beginning at 12 noon prior to services. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
The family would like to give special thanks to Dr. John McAtee and Dr. Marc Gottlieb.
