ROBERT E. BAKER, 95, died Thursday, January 26, 2012. The son of the late Omer and Minnie (Kintner) Baker, Robert was born September 28, 1916 in Georgetown, IN. He was a member of Christ Gospel Church in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Robert was preceded in death by his wife, Aubie Lee Garner Stiles Baker; children, Linda Godfrey, Joan White, Timothy Stiles and Sevier Stiles; and grandchildren, Tami Walker, Tiffany Epperson and David Wayne Johnson.

Survivors include his children, Delores Smith (Tommy), Rev. Richard Stiles (Debbie), Rev. Howard D. Stiles (Gracie), Rev. Wayne Stiles (Sharon), Gloria Johnson, Naomi Stiles, Michael Stiles (Karen) and Judy Epperson (William); sons-in-law, Michael Godfrey and Hobert White; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 3:00 pm ~ 6:00 pm Sunday and after 10:00 am Monday at Kraft Funeral Service, 708 E. Spring Street, New Albany, IN. His Funeral Service will be 11:00 am Monday in the Kraft Spring Street Chapel with burial to follow in Walnut Ridge Cemetery, Jeffersonville, IN.
