Robert Francis Ballogg was born in Black Creek Township, Pennsylvania on February 6, 1921. He passed away in Dunedin, Florida on April 17, 2013. He was an Army Air Force veteran of WWII and, throughout civilian life, was a professional dancer and singer. In later years he was a business owner and enjoyed his time living in Florida. Robert was a member of St. Michaels Catholic Church in Dunedin, FL. He enjoyed fishing, cooking and relaxing with the occasional Sinatra tune or jazz record.
Robert is predeceased by his wife Vera Ballogg, son Kirk Ballogg, daughter Heather Maryland Ballogg, and brothers: Thomas, Jimmy, Jerome and John. Survivors include sons: Mark Lawrence Ballogg, Gary Reed Ballogg and Miles G. Ballogg, daughter: Lisa Ballogg Lundstrom and grandchildren: Ian,Harlan,Ryan,Kade and Jessica.
A memorial service is planned for Monday April 22, 2013 at 330pm at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Dunedin, Florida. The family request in lieu of flowers to make donations to the American heart lung or kidney foundation.
