ROBERT RICHARDSON
Robert Carl Richardson 90 years old. Known to his family and friends as Bob, passed away on Sunday evening, January 20 at Somerford Place, Redlands, CA. Born in Hot Springs, AK 1922 to William and Dora Richardson and later of Pueblo, CO. Bob was a part of a large family consisting of two brothers and four sisters; James, Charles, Katherine, Hermena, Edna, and Pat. As a longtime resident of San Bernardino, Bob and his wife, Betty, enjoyed 69 years of marriage. The couple raised two children; Pamela and Chuck, and were blessed with four loving grand-daughters; Melissa, Robyn, Erin, and Allison. And eventually twelve great grandchildren; Brandon, Barrett, Austin, Brody, Brockton, Bowen, Hunter, Liam, Chloe, Sierra, Avery, and Landon. One great great grand-daughter, Leyah. Bob was proud to have worked in the Hollywood movie industry during the 1940's his specialty was in special effects. He was privileged to have met and called many movie stars his friends, Bob's last employment was a life insurance salesman for National Life. Bob was a 100% disabled veteran, and in his retirement enjoyed golfing, gardening, and exploring our country with his wife in their RV. Best known for his bounding sense of humor, quick wit, and infectious laugh. Bob was deeply loved and will greatly missed by all. Until we meet again……..
Services to be held at Mt. View Mortuary & Cemetery, 570 E Highland Ave., San Bernardino, CA. Visitation will be on Thursday, January 24 from 5 to 8 pm. Funeral Celebration will on Friday, January 25 at 10am with interment immediately following.

Last time I saw you and Aunt Betty we had a good time at my house which was about 26 years ago. Remember how Uncle Bobby liked and talked about Troy everytime we talked. I am so sorry we didn't get to see each other again. Love you all and my sincere sympathy. God Bless and please call when you have time.
