Robert Barr Ross, a proud WWII Navy Veteran, was born in Detroit, Michigan to Alexander and Mary Ross on July 11, 1927. He passed away peacefully in his Dearborn Heights, Michigan home on February 8, 2013 at the age of 85.
He was the beloved husband of Dora "Doreen" Ross for 66 years. Loving father of the late Diana Ross. Survived by his sister Margaret (George Rose) Schulze and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and grandchildren. Predeceased by his brother William Ross and his niece Pam Page.
There will be a Memorial Service held at 1:00pm on Sat, Feb 16, 2013 at Warren Valley Country Club 26116 Warren, Dearborn Heights, MI 48127.

Bob's ethics and energy MADE many of us whom we are today. Many of us loved him like our own fathers.
I was an officer of Local 547 with him for many years and we were always glad when he stopped back by for a visit.
