THE BROKEN CHAIN
We little knew that morning,God was going to call your name,
In life we loved you dearly,In death we do the same.
It broke our hearts to lose you, the day God called you home.
You left us beautiful memories, your love is still our guide,
And though we cannot see you, you are always by our side.
Our family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same,
But as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again.

Big Tim, Timothy and Brittney,
I don't want to forget to mention the three of you. Tim, it was a joy to welcome you to the family. We don't see enough of you and your family. It was exciting to have both Timothy and Brittney as a Great Nephew and Great Niece and watching them both mature into beautiful people, both inside and out.
Grandpa is gone but I know that his footsteps are there and all of you will certainly fill them without a doubt. We have a dark cloud over us at this time but pretty soon the sun will start to shine and Grandpa will watch over all of us.
He will put a special watch over your intire family including grandma (Bobbie) and nanna. Love and hugs, Aunt and Great Aunt Cindy

It's hard for a sister to grieve for her brother but it is even harder for a wife and daughter to grieve for a husband and dad. You both are in my hearts and will be for the rest of my life. I will always be there whenever you need me. Your loving Sister-In-Law and Aunt, Cindy

To Our Big Brother
The time has come to say Goodbye
We will try not to cry
It's been so hard to let you go
To be in heaven don't you know
But you did not go alone
Part of us went with you
The day God took you home
You will forever be in our hearts
Your memory will keep us from falling apart
You should hear the kind words people say
How you touched their lives in so many ways
We are so proud to get to say
That's our brother in every way
Thank you big brother for all you gave
For everything you showed us along the way
Now we want to say to you
How much we love and miss you too
So rest in peace big brother of ours
We'll see you again when it our time
You will forever be in our hearts, Your sister, Cindy

I will always remember the kind heart and free spirit that Mr. Shaw demonstrated while growing up with Barbara Riepe. He always made me feel welcome and always made me laugh. I always thought he was a very brave man to take on three teenagers and take us to our first Monkee's Concert. He seemed to have just as much fun as we did. Thank you for the memories, Mr. Shaw. You will truly be missed. Godspeed to your family.

Words always seem to fail me during these times. My heart is heavy. Mr. Shaw, Dad #2, you were like a second father to me growing up. I was blessed to be included in your family. I have so many happy memories that include you. You were so full of personality and humor. I will miss you so much. I'm so happy I got to see you last week. Bobbie, my sister, I am here for you. I love you. Whatever you need, just say. Give mom hugs for me. Tell her she is loved. Keep strong and find comfort in a lifetime of memories. I will see you soon. Much love.

Daddy I love you and I miss you so much. I will try to follow in your footsteps and take care of Mommy the best I can. I'm glad you're at peace and your suffering has ended. You fought until the end and we will never forget the good memories we hold in our heart. You were a wonderful husband, dad and grandpa. Love you Daddy.
