Robert L Shoffner passed away peacefully in Phoenix, AZ on April 26, 2012. Bob was born January 25,1934 in Treynor, IA to Mary and Clifford Shoffner. He and his family had made their home in the Phoenix area for the last 37 years where, until his retirement, was a produce buyer for Stoops & Wilson Brokerage for 30 years. Bob loved spending time with his family camping, fishing and doing crafts. Bob is survived by his adored wife of 57 years, Ruth and his four devoted sons, Dennis L Shoffner (Susan), Scott F. Shoffner (Joann), Thomas J. Shoffner (Donna) and Christopher R. Shoffner (Michelle); 14 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; sisters JoAnn Boots, Donna Bradford and Patricia Frye. A memorial service will he held Thursday, May 3, 2012 at 1:00PM at Phoenix Memorial Park and Mortuary, 200 W Beardsley Rd., Phoenix, AZ.
