Daddy Dearest,
Thank you for being YOU. A person who never complains about life, who puts others first before himself, who cares so much for his "kababayan" during his political career that he gave his full service to carry his duty as a father, a friend, a kababali.
The words I won't forget he keeps telling us when he gets so frustrated is "napakadaling maging tao pero mahirap magpakatao". I found this in my life very true. A person need not to achieve a higher education to be somebody. Being somebody is knowing the meaning of life in a deeper way. My Dad sees life in a very simple way and that is to be satisfied of what you have, don't put a person down because of jealousy, when you reach the top don't forget to look back where you really came from, give thanks and give back from the blessings you received and most of all to treat others the way you want to be treated.
Oh! I will surely miss you Daddy!
In every occasion we had, you were there to entertain us with your good singing voice and sharing the laughters. Kuya Alvin and Aileen did not get the chance to share this with you but I promise you, I will take care of them the way you wanted me to.
We will cherished all the memories we had with you, the ups and downs of life we shared, our father-daughter lessons learned, your presence in every occasion with family and friends, our everyday "takbo ng buhay" that everytime I get home you always tell me "kain na Jane!". These and much more will always be in our hearts Daddy.
We will take care of Mama. We will love each other more. Please, continue watch over us.
I love you so dearly.
You may now rest in peace,Daddy.
