Preceded in death by son, William "Bill" Carter; brother, Daniel Carter; and sister, Annette Carter.
Memorials preferred to the Muscular Dystrophy Assoc. (MDA). Memorial Service: 11 AM, Thursday, March 29 at Bethlehem Baptist Church, 5151 Program Ave., Mounds View. Visitation 1 hr prior. Private interment at Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
