Even though he was my uncle by marriage, I will always remember his warm smile. He was always so accepting of others. You will be missed uncle Rog. Until we meet again. - Sandy Gesswein

We all loved Rog, every one of us, kids, and grownups alike. That ready smile that lit up his whole face was such a big blessing to me.
My memories are Rog & Jean, side by side, with those wonderful daughters... he will be missed, and the world seems a little less without him, but, the crowd up there is growing, and Rog had all of that settled long ago.
I'm thinking of all of you as you have been there with him and loved him right into eternity. What a joy his girls were to him.
I just know he has a huge smile on his face right now...
Love,
Sonja

I will always remember my "Uncle Rog." He was always so kind and fun to be with. My dad, his brother, Donald loved him so much, and I learned that very quickly as I grew up. My young kids also remember his kindness, generosity and human spirit. I will miss him and remember him fondly. I am sure you and my dad will be playing many pranks up in heaven! God bless.
