Ronald L. Kisor, 71 of Lima, passed away 8:35 p.m. Sunday evening, December 30, 2012 at his residence. He was born on November 26, 1941 in Portsmouth, Ohio to John Benjamin and Sarah Elizabeth (Rakes) Kisor and they preceded him in death. On April 23, 1963 he married Jayne Cunningham, they were married for 28 years. Ronald is survived by his three children, Vicki (Tony) Inkrott of Ft. Jennings, Ronald "Bubby" (Lisa) Kisor of Ft. Wayne, Melissa "Missy" (Robert) Carter of Lima; his grandchildren, Cory, Cody, DaWayne and Tyler; and his sister, Mary Reese of Lima. He was preceded in death by a sister, Ruby Mollett. Ronald is survived by his three children, Vicki (Tony) Inkrott of Ft. Jennings, Ronald "Bubby" (Lisa) Kisor of Ft. Wayne, Melissa "Missy" (Robert) Carter of Lima; his grandchildren, Cory, Cody, DaWayne and Tyler; and his sister, Mary Reese of Lima. He was preceded in death by a sister, Ruby Mollett.
Mr. Kisor had been employed as a finish roller with Fritchie Asphalt and Paving where he retired after 25 years of service. He was an Army veteran.
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at Siferd-Orians Funeral Home with Bishop Talbot as officiant. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery, where Military graveside rites will be conducted by VFW Post 1275.
Family and friends may call Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 1:00 p.m.
