Rose M. Barresi, age 84, of Davie, Florida passed away on Sunday August 6, 2017. Rose was born November 8, 1932 in Brooklyn, New York to parents Frank Lombardo and Filomena Lombardo.

She worked as a cashier and homemaker. Rose was a member of St. Marks Catholic Church. Her passion was her family and activities the grandchildren were involved.

Rose is survived by her husband of 65 years, Paul Barresi; daughter Lucy Barresi; son Gerald (Marie) Barresi; daughter Phyllis (Philip) McCall; and daughter Paula (MIke) Gauch; brother John Lombardo and sister-in-law Claire Lombardo; 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

A visitation for Rose will be held Thursday, August 10, 2017 from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home South, 2401 Southwest 64th Avenue , Davie , Florida, 33317. A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 11, 2017 at 11:00 am at 2401 Southwest 64th Avenue , Davie, Florida, 33317.
