I was very sad to hear of Aunt Rose's passing. It's been a few years since our family has been back to Bloomington. However, that doesn't diminish the fond memories I have of the family there.
Some of my fondest memories of Aunt Rose are on Green Rd. when we lived just up the street. We spent many days and evenings with my Mother, Grandma Gert and the rest of the family talking and enjoying each other's company.
I loved the stories we heard about the days when the Jackson family lived in Dolan and the way life was back then.
I also remember watching Sammy Terry with Denise almost every week. Man we are getting old!
Aunt Rose was a fine lady that will be missed.
