She was the beloved mother of Rose Rocha, John, Anthony and Rebecca Ferrara, loving grandmother to Walter, Fatima and Raymond Rocha, Eric, Alyssa, Logan Rose and Theadora Ferrara, great grandmother to Eric, Jr. She is also survived by Florinda Kosior and was sister of the late John "The Barber", Saverio, Nicholas and Bernardo Rebecchi.
Rose retired in 1996 after 22 years of dedicated service at the Miriam Hospital as a Unit Secretary and EKG Technician. She had a deep love of animals, cooking, baking and sewing. She made beautiful afghans. A phenomenal ballroom dancer, who could Rock-N-Roll. She gave of herself and without hesitation. She dedicated her life to her children and grandchildren. She never complained even when she battled breast cancer in 1975.
Everything about this Wonderful Woman will be sadly missed and cherished forever by her family and all who knew her. Rose truly was a gift from God, and we are blessed that she was given to us. We will hold her dearly in our hearts.
