Roseann's passing is a great loss for all of us at Huber Street School. She was a wonderful, devoted teacher and a great co-worker. Mrs. Ammerman was my 6th grade teacher in 1961. She was a fantastic teacher and we all loved her. In addition to teaching she was always bragging about "my son Michael." In later years I became a teacher and Roseann and I became co-workers. She always treated me as an equal and made me proud of my choice of a profession. I will miss her greatly but I will always have my memories of her both as a teacher and a co-worker. To the family.. please know that your Mom has touched many lives over her teaching career and she has left a positive impact on each of them.
