Obituary

Rosemary Gammill Anderson, 82, passed away Sunday, March 20, 2001 at a local hospital. Rosemary was born March 4, 1929 in Fort Smith to Raye and Albert Gammill and her early years were spent in Charleston, AR with her mother and grandmother. She was a member and former president of the Fianna Hills Ladies Golf Association, a graduate of Fort Smith High School Class of 1947 and retired from Sparks Hospital. She was preceded in death by her parents. Memorial Service will be Wednesday, March 23, 2011 at 10:00 AM in the Roebuck Chapel at First United Methodist Church. The family will greet friends Wednesday March 22, 2011 from 5:00pm-7:00pm at Edwards Funeral Home. All arrangements are under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.



Pallbearers will be Jack Freeze, Steve Christian, Wayne Meeks, Charles Still, Nelson Resch, Jim Newell and Champ Hinton. Honorary pallbearers will be the Fianna Hills Ladies Golf Association.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to The Alzheimer's Association, 320 N Greenwood Avenue, Fort Smith, AR 72901 or First United Methodist Church, 200 North 15th Street, Fort Smith, AR 72901.
