It's been one month since you've passed and I still miss you so much and I think about you all the time. Thank you for all that we did together and all the times you were there for me when I needed you. I'm so lucky and blessed to have had a mother, and a friend, like you. I'll never forget you Mom.

It is never easy to lose a parent. I have lovely memories of her. Her laugh, her style, her beautiful home. The roses she grew. (the beetles) And that hairdryer she had in the basement (where we played) that was scary looking, from her hairdresser days. Ya' know she was my hairdresser mentor.
She seemed as if she did enjoy her life and her family. ( Even when you and Todd rolled a bowling ball down the bedroom steps and it smacked into the toilet and it broke!) Wasn't someone sitting on it at the time?
She didn't seem all "thaat" mad!
Death brings life, to those who go, and even to those who remain.
I have thought of you often over the years. Wondering how you are, what life has blessed you with.
Her life is to be celebrated. And her legacy is you.
With love,

It is never easy to lose a parent. I have some of the loveliest memories of her. Her laugh, her style and her beautiful home. The roses she grew on Cloister. (and all the dang beetles)
She seemed as if she did enjoy her life and was blessed with her family.
The picture of your mom and dad surely took me back in time.
I think of you all. Wonder how you are doing, what life has given you.
Death brings life, new life for those who go and those who stay.
Love and Hugs to you all,
Leslie (Redleski) Menkens
