Rubye was our next door neighbor for many years. She was a dear friend and sister, who we loved so much. She was the best neighbor we had ever had. She would call us on the phone and tell us to meet her out at the back fence. We would meet her there and she would always have a yummy desert, or some other tasty food that she had prepared and wanted to share. She will truly be missed. Our heart felt sympathy goes out to the entire family.
