Rudy Anthony Arguijo
Funeral services for Rudy Anthony Arguijo, 47, Belton, will be at noon Thursday at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home at Killeen. Entombment services will follow in Killeen Memorial Park. Mr. Arguijo died Dec. 4, 2009.
Rudy was born Oct. 27, 1962, at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, to Rudy Arguijo Sr. and Mary (Echigo) Arguijo. Rudy worked as a corrections officer for The Texas Department of Criminal Justice. He enjoyed landscaping and the bond it created between him and his father. He was an avid reader and treasured the time that he spent with his children especially drawing angels.
He is survived by his daughter, Haley B. Arguijo; son, Christopher S. Arguijo; parents, Rudy Sr. and Mary Arguijo; brothers, Paul B. Arguijo and Matthew E. Arguijo; and maternal grandmother, Katie L. Echigo. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Regino and Dolores Arguijo; maternal grandfather, Joe Y. Echigo.
Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Crawford Bowers Funeral Home in Killeen.
