Crystal Lake – Rudy H. Ose, 82, passed away Saturday, November 10, 2012.
He was born January 7, 1930 to Rosa and Ernst Ose in Bad Blankenburg, Germany. He moved to the United States as a machinist with Terra Cotta Industries. In his lifetime, Rudy watched the Berlin Wall both rise and fall. He was a hard worker and above all, a great father.
Rudy is survived by his children, Falko, Sandy, and Marilyn (Danny) Ose; his grandchildren, Sheila, Aleah, and Tana; his sister, Edid; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Helmut, his sister Ilsa, his son Jeffrey, and his step-daughter Evette.
A memorial visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 13 from 4pm to 8pm at Querhammer & Flagg Funeral Home, 500 W. Terra Cotta Ave., Crystal Lake, with a memorial service will to be held at 7pm.

We are very sorry for your loss. I remember Mr. Ose, our neighbor in Crystal Lake around 1975 or so. He was a hard worker. What I thought was great about him was his laugh and huge smile.
