Obituary

Russell J. Boucher, Sr, 93 of Barefoot Bay, died Sunday (4/14) at his home. A native of Chicago, IL, he came to the area in 1986 from Kentucky. He was a veteran of WW II having served in the Army Air corps, First Air Div. 8th Air Force. He was a member of the Elks Lodge and attended the Micco Community Church in Sebastian. He was one of the founding members of the Louisville Guild of Artisans and also the first Craft Director of the YMCA's camp Piomingo in Kentucky. Russell J. Boucher, Sr, 93 of Barefoot Bay, died Sunday (4/14) at his home. A native of Chicago, IL, he came to the area in 1986 from Kentucky. Preceded in death by his wife Catherine and a son Barry; Russell is survived by his son: Russell "Rusty" J. Boucher, Jr of Barefoot Bay, brother: Joe R. Boucher of Burkburnett, TX; granddaughter: Michelle (Todd) Luckett of Louisville, KY; and 2 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be in the Fountainhead Funeral Chapel Monday (4/22) at 10:30 AM. Friends may call at the funeral home from 9:30 AM until time of service on Monday. Entombment will follow in Fountainhead Memorial Park.
