Obituary

Russell James Salimbeni, 71, passed away on March 19, 2014 in Jacksonville, Florida. Russell was part of the first graduating class at Walsh College in Canton, Ohio in 1964. He earned a Bachelor's degree in accounting and worked as a comptroller as well as a business consultant. He was a loving and devoted brother, father of four children and grandfather of six. He was an avid golfer, bowler, and lover of classic cars. He held membership at the Port of Morgan Boat Club, Moose Lodge of McConnelsville, F.O. Russell was part of the first graduating class at Walsh College in Canton, Ohio in 1964. He earned a Bachelor's degree in accounting and worked as a comptroller as well as a business consultant. He was a loving and devoted brother, father of four children and grandfather of six. He was an avid golfer, bowler, and lover of classic cars. Russell was preceded in death by his parents Russell J. Salimbeni, Sr., and Susie DiRuscio Salimbeni. He is survived by his brother John Salimbeni, son Michael Salimbeni, daughter Michele Salimbeni-Schnoll, daughter Angela Smith, daughter Kimberly Wilson, granddaughters Nicole Salimbeni, grandson Chaz Erman, grandson Gavin Erman, granddaughter Kayla Wilson, granddaughter Irie Hollingsworth, and granddaughter Isis Hollingsworth.

The family will receive friends from five o'clock until seven o'clock in the evening on Friday, March 21, 2014 at The Oaklawn Chapel. Funeral services will be held at the Graveside at two o'clock in the afternoon on Saturday, March 22, 2014 at Oaklawn Cemetery. Hardage-Giddens, The Oaklawn Chapel, 4801 San Jose Boulevard, 4801 San Jose Boulevard.
