Sally G. Dewey, 91, of Williamsburg (Williamsburg Landing), formerly of Carmel, CA, passed away on April 11, 2014.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James M.R. Glaser and Margaret B. Glaser; her husband, Hartley C. Dewey; and her siblings, Joanie, Ted and Jimmy.
Sally attended Vassar College and worked as a Master Needle worker with Embroiderer's Guild of America. She was associated with the Monterey Symphony Guild and EGA and also enjoyed needlepoint, knitting, and bridge.
Sally is survived by her sons, Hartley F. Dewey (Lorraine), Craig C. Dewey (Patricia) and Alan B. Dewey; daughter, Deborah Dewey; grandchildren, Shannon, Lee, Kendall, Sarah, John, Elizabeth, Christopher, Heather and Jennifer; 8 great- grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; and sister, Margaret G. Winnett.
A service will be held on Tuesday, April 15, at 11:15am, at Woodhaven Hall, 5500 Williamsburg Landing Dr., 23185.
