Sandy Suprenard Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Sep. 13, 2017.

Sandra Suprenard was born April 19, 1941 in Brockton, Massachusetts. To start an amazing life, Sandy was among the first all-female volunteer group of firefighters in the state of Massachusetts. She went on to be a successful campaign manager for multiple politicians, President of the Women's Club of Wareham, MA, as well as a PTA member. After moving to North Conway, NH, Sandy became a highly successful travel agent. She helped to take a small business that focused on sending local residents out of the area and built an agency that sent and received visitors worldwide. While simultaneously helping build a successful travel agency, she also had a son deployed with the U.S. Marine Corps to Operation Desert Storm. As usual, Sandy submersed herself in this cause and was part of the Hero's Welcome Home effort to send care packages to soldiers abroad and also responsible for welcoming soldiers back to the states.
After moving to West Palm Beach, FL, Sandy concluded her career as a successful office manager for several area dentists. Sandy retired to Orlando, FL in 2012, where she continued her focus on her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, as well as volunteering efforts. After moving to Magnolia Towers in Orlando, Sandy quickly submersed herself in the local area and began volunteering to enhance the community around her. Sandy loved volunteering and quickly became a leader in her community. She was awarded Volunteer of the Year at Magnolia Towers in 2016. Sandy continued her volunteering efforts at the newly built Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center. Sandy was also a supporter and advocate for Habitat for Humanity and Hospice.
Sandy always had a passion for reading, travel, food, friends and family. She always had a smile on her face and love in her heart, but didn't have time for excuses. She was straight forward and no nonsense, but if she loved you then you had a fierce advocate and loyal friend.
Sandy was adored by her 4 children, Michael, AnnMarie, Frank and Todd and anybody else she came in contact with. She has 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren and counting…. This world will not be the same without Sandy, however, for those of us that knew her and were loved by her, we will always be grateful for the opportunity to have been part of her life. We have lost an amazing woman, but we take solace knowing that she has touched our lives in so many ways.
We love you Mom and can't wait to see you again. Fly high our beautiful angel.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to her favorite charities, Habitat for Humanity and Hospice.

Mother to Michael, AnnMarie, Frank and Todd. She was a gra ndmother to 11 children and a GreatGrand mother to 11 more!
