Sarah "Pauline" Nichols, age 88, died March 26, 2015 at her residence in Bell City.
Born February 21, 1927, in Texanna, Ok., to the late George Frederick and Tennie Breedlove Partin. She was a member of the Church of Christ in Vanduser, Mo., and was a homemaker. On August 26, 1943, in Charleston, Mo, she married Walter W Nichols, he preceded her in death on February 12, 2010.
Survivors include: four sons and three daughters-in-law, Harold Dean and Alice Nichols of Sand Springs,Ok., Ron and Pat Nichols of Bell City, Mo., Darrell and Joann Nichols of Sikeston, Mo., and David Nichols of Bell City, Mo.; two daughters and one son-in-law, Pat Hancock of Puxico, Mo., and Carolyn and Allen Pobst of Bell City, Mo.; ten grandchildren, Teri and Fred Hillsberry,Brian and Ginger Nichols, Greg and Christina Nichols, Scott and Rhonda Nichols, Matt and Amy Nichols, Jaime Hancock, Richie and Heather Hancock, Jackie and Todd Wilkerson, Sarah and Darrell Bailey, Derek and Anna Pobst; and 21 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Billy Gene Partin and Bobby Austin Partin.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 29, 2015 at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Monday March 30, 2015 at Nunnelee Funeral chapel, with Dan Richardson officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in Sikeston.
