SACKS--Dr. Saul M., age 94, died on October 17, 2013. Past President of the Nassau County and Tenth District Dental Societies, and Chairman of the Dental Society of the State of New York Council on Fluoridation. A graduate of the University of Michigan, NYU College of Dentistry, and Captain, Dental Corp., United States Army 1944-46. Beloved husband of the late Evelyn Kahn Sacks. Devoted father of William (Katy), Philip, Harry (Sandra) and Julie. Cherished grandfather of Emma, Malcolm (Sharon), Jared and Kyle. He will be in our hearts for ever and ever. Services under the direction of Riverside-Nassau North Chapels, 55 North Station Plaza(Opposite LIRR), Great Neck, NY. Website: riversidenassaunorthchapels.com

I have many fond memories of Dr. Sacks; he and Mrs. Sacks always made me feel welcome in their home. And I'll always remember his request as Julie and I headed out on Friendly's run:"Bring back an extra, extra thick Fribble."
