He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Oliver C. Williams and Margaret Donohoe Williams, his maternal grandfather, Billy G. Brasier, an uncle, Thomas Tanner, and one cousin, Mark Williams. Scott was born in Mobile, AL. He grew up in Prattville, AL where he was a graduate of Prattville High School. He moved back to Mobile where he attended the University of South Alabama, and ultimately moved to Orange Beach, where he owned and operated a very successful business, Orange Beach Tattoo. He was a member of the Orange Beach Chamber of Commerce and the Perdido Key Chamber of Commerce. His love of the Gulf led him to Key Largo, Florida for PADI (Scuba Diving) instructor training. He had multiple scuba diving friends from Orange Beach to the Florida Keys. Scott was an adventurer and full of life. He never met a stranger and made all of his dreams come true. His final contribution to life was being an organ donor so others may live successful lives as well. He touched the life of everyone he met and will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him. The family will receive friends from 5:30 P.M. until 8:30 P.M. on Tuesday, February 5, 2013 at Radney Funeral Home, 1200 Industrial Parkway, Saraland, AL 36571. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 A.M. on Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, 251 North Craft Hwy., Chickasaw, AL 36611, with Reverend Steven T. Williams as celebrant and Very Reverend William P. Saucier as con-celebrant.
