I really enjoyed the times I spent with Mr. Scotty and Ms. Marie. I know my parents, James & Dorothy Welch, had wonderful times visiting and camping with them. It is great to know we will all be together again one day. My sincere condolences to all of the family.

Scotty was the best father-in-law any man could want. When we lost his daughter and my wife Terri in 1995, it changed our lives forever. But the memories of the fun and happy times we shared together for the many years before her death are a real treasure to me. His life meant so much to so many, but I can tell you that to his daughter Terri, he was her everything and I know she was special to him as well. I will remember Scotty as a wonderful Christian husband, father, grandfather and all-around good man. God rest his soul and I will see him one day again with the Lord in heaven.
