Sharon M. Alexander
Lansing, Michigan
Born January 8, 1942 in Laingsburg, Michigan to Rueben and Erma Alexander, Sharon passed away April 9, 2014 at the age of 72. Sharon was a Real Estate Broker in the Lansing area for the past 45 years, dedicating her life to helping others. A proud MSU alumni, she was a loyal MSU football and basketball fan.
Sharon was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Marilyn. She is survived by her brother, Gordon Alexander; nephew, Bruce Alexander; cousin, Tom Kareckas; close friends, Marti (Bill) Heil and beloved godchildren, Matt and Mandee Heil.
Services will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Capital Area Humane Society, 7095 West Grand River Avenue, Lansing, MI 48906 in memory of Sharon, because of her love of animals, especially her 2 dogs.
Family has set memorial service to be Friday, May 23, 10:00 a.m. at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Homes, 1730 E. Grand River Ave., East Lansing with visitation one hour prior to the service.
