Sharon Brooks Hartman a lifelong resident of El Paso, lost her battle with cancer on April 27, 2012. She was born on August 31, 1948 and lived in El Paso all her life. She was President and CEO of Omnicare Group and will be greatly missed by her friends and family. She graduated from El Paso High School in 1966, and later from UTEP. She was involved in banking and later in home health and daycares. She also resided on the Board of the El Paso Salvation Army. She was married to James Hartman on November 11, 1983. She was preceded in death by her mother, Virginia Brooks. She is survived by her husband James, sister in-law and brother- in...

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the El Paso Humane Society, 4991 Fred Wilson Ave. El Paso, TX, American Cancer Society, 909 E. San Antonio Ave., El Paso, TX, or the Salvation Army, 4300 E. Pasiano Dr. El Paso, TX. A Visitation will be held on Tuesday May 1, 2012 from 4:00PM to 7:00PM at Martin Funeral Home West. A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, May 2, 2012 at 10:00AM at Memory Gardens of the Valley, Santa Teresa NM. Services entrusted to Martin Funeral Home West, 128 N. Resler Dr. El Paso, TX 79912.
