Dear Mireya, Brent, Roger, and Bryce; Your mom had a lot of personality. When she came to pick up lessons at Leamington Campus, she'd often come back to my office to check if I was up to no good--her sense of humour brought cheer to my day. I hope you'll be comforted by your memories with and of her. Respecfully,

I have just seen the memorial information. Sheron was my physical Ed teacher in high school at Essex and was probably one of the most influential teachers and coaches that I had. She inspired me to become a teacher and coach and I always strived to emulate her caring yet knowledgeable coaching. I am very sorry to see that she has died so young.

Mireya, Roger, Bryce and Brent: I am so sorry to hear about your Mom's passing. Sheron and I worked together in the "glory days" of Ridge Campus...1988 to 1998. She was an outstanding Program Leader and made a difference in the lives of so many adults returning to school in the Leamington area. Sheron taught all of us...staff and students....by inspiring us with her actions, motivating us with her gift of counselling and challenging us to think. She was a "selfless" woman, always putting others before herself. There was no "I' in Sheron. I have so many wonderful memories of working with Sheron and Shirley...the dynamic team who made things happen at Ridge Campus. My heartfelt sympathies to all of you. Peg Rooney I live in Clearwater, FL for six months so I am sorry I was unable to attend the celebration of Sheron's life.
