Sherry Agan Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Dec. 13, 2017.

Mrs. Sherry Jones Agan, age 52, of Acworth, GA., passed away on Tuesday, December 12, 2017. Mrs. Jones was born on July 27, 1965 in Newport News, Virginia, a daughter to William H. Jones and Rebecca Panton Kennem.
Sherry moved to the Acworth around the age of seven and has remained in the area all of her life. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and spent twenty-seven years working as a Controller for Suntrust. She married the love of her life twenty-six years ago, Mr. David Agan, and the two shared a beautiful life together. In her spare time she loved reading and just simply being around people. Her greatest accomplishment in life was being a mother to her two boys. Sherry was a wonderful daughter, wife, mother, sister, and friend; she will certainly be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Along with her parents, Sherry is survived by her loving husband, Norman David Agan; two sons, Zach Agan of Acworth, GA., and David Agan II of Cartersville, GA; a sister, Diana Brand, husband Adam, of Kennesaw; and several extended family members and friends also survive.
A visitation with the family of Mrs. Sherry Agan will be held from five o'clock in the afternoon until eight on Thursday, December 14, 2017 at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home.

Sherry was very kind and compassionate. She adored her family and was fiercely dedicated to everyone she knew and everything she did. She loved life. She was a blessing to all who befriended her. My husband worked for her for years. In my opinion, she was absolutely the best boss he ever worked with. She brought out the best in people. She will be greatly missed. Please accept my deepest sympathy. JoAnn Gregory
