RIP Beloved Mrs. Sappington. I hope you knew how much the students adored you. You knew each child, each as an individual special being, and you tried to nourish their talents. We all looked forward to your visit at our class reunions. Decades later, you still remembered something different and special of each student. You were such a sweetheart and I am glad I was privileged to have known you. Thanks for all you have done. A life well lived.
Riki Childress. Class of 1975.

Mrs. Sappington was always so thoughtful to me and my family. I will always cherish the Christmas cards, birthday cards and all the little surprise gifts left at the back door. So many people in Olive Branch have her to thank for being an educator, provider of clothing and overall humanitarian to the people of O.B.
