Armstrong, Shirley Grace nee Holroyd – Mom passed peacefully Thursday, March 31st at the age of 79. She looked beautiful as always. Mom's wonderful sense of humour, easy going nature, kindness and understanding will be sadly missed by all that knew her. She was a loving Mom, proud Grandma and caring Sister. Beloved wife of the late Robert William . Left with many fond memories are her children Bob (Mary) and April (Dave), granddaughter Hailey, and step-grandchildren Justin and Amanda. Mom passed peacefully Thursday, March 31st at the age of 79. She looked beautiful as always. Mom's wonderful sense of humour, easy going nature, kindness and understanding will be sadly missed by all that knew her. She was a loving Mom, proud Grandma and caring Sister. Beloved wife of the late Robert William . Left with many fond memories are her children Bob (Mary) and April (Dave), granddaughter Hailey, and step-grandchildren Justin and Amanda. Survived by her siblings Dorothy, Anne and Jim (Caroline) and predeceased by Lillian, Ivy and George. As a loving Aunt, Shirley cherished all of her many nieces and nephews and will be especially missed by Dianne (Jim) and her great niece and nephew Hannah and Kyle who held very special places in her heart. Family and Friends are invited to visit at the Needham Funeral Home 520 Dundas St., London Friday, April 15 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral service to be held on Saturday, April 16 at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Pond Mills Cemetery.
