Stacey Farran Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Apr. 22, 2014.

Stacey Laine Farran of Tallahassee, age 46, went to be with the Lord on April 22, 2014. Stacey was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church and a graduate of Lincoln High School. Born in Moultrie GA, she moved with her family to Tallahassee in 1981.

Stacey had a gift for poetry and a passion for witnessing the gospel, especially to those who helped her as she was being treated for various medical conditions, but she was most proud of being the mother to three.

Stacey was an unforgettable individual, described as being optimistic, quick-witted, spontaneous, and benevolent. Family was her passion, but she enjoyed and appreciated beauty, both in the people she came in contact with and the world around her.
Stacey is loved and terribly missed by her children Erin, Travis, and Allison who will honor her by praising God for his sovereignty and allowing them the short time they had with her.
Stacey was preceded in death by her mother, Ruth Farran and is survived by her father Billy Farran, daughter Erin Kraeft, (Kyle Kraeft), son Travis Sullivan, daughter Allison Sullivan, and brother David Farran.

Services will be held Friday, April 25, 10:00 a.m. at Immanuel Baptist Church. Visitation, Thursday, April 24, 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Culley's Funeral Home, Riggins Road. In lieu of flowers please donate to Gospel Express Prison Ministries PO Box 180505 Tallahassee, Fl 32318.

Stacey, you and your kids were great people to have as neighbors. You took me and my sister into your home during the summers and you did a lot for us. You taught me how to swim and overcome my fear of it. You were a wonderful person but now your children will pass on your great personality.
