Obituary

Stanislaus "Stanley" Alfred Kuczewski, Sr. of Waldorf, MD died on Tuesday, December 25, 2012 at his residence. He was 71 years old. Mr. Kuczewski was a customer service agent for 27 years with Eastern Airlines and a veteran of the United States Army National Guard from 1964-1969. He was also a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church in Waldorf, MD and the Knights of Columbus. He loved to go fishing and crabbing, dance, listen to Polka music, watch sports (especially the New York Giants, Jets, and Mets), and he played softball for many years. Stanislaus "Stanley" Alfred Kuczewski, Sr. of Waldorf, MD died on Tuesday, December 25, 2012 at his residence. He was 71
years old.

Mr. Kuczewski was a customer service agent for 27 years with Eastern Airlines and a veteran of the United States Army
National Guard from 1964-1969. He was also a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church in Waldorf, MD and the Knights of
Columbus. He loved to go fishing and crabbing, dance, listen to Polka music, watch sports (especially the New York Giants, Jets, and Mets), and he played softball for many years. He had a love for Corvettes, boats, and animals.

Predeceasing him are his parents, the late Alfred Walter Kuczewski and the late Stella Kobus Kuczewski.

He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Dixie Lee Wade Kuczewski; two sons, Stanislaus Alfred (Tammye) Kuczewski, Jr. of
Waldorf, MD and Joseph Scott Kuczewski of Smithburg, MD; two sisters, Joan Szymanski of Atkinson, NH and Marcia (Bob)
Korsak of Atkinson, NH; two grandchildren, Krystian Alexander of Waldorf, MD and Kimberlye Hope of Waldorf, MD; two
nieces, Pam (Brian) McCarthy of Pelham, NH and Stacy Korsak of Boston, MA; three nephews, Paul Szymanski of
Stoneham, MA, Thomas Korsak of Attleboro, MA, and Justin Korsak of Boston, MA; and his beloved dog Angel.

Visitation was held Sunday, December 30, 2012 at Raymond Funeral Chapel (La Plata, MD). A second visitation will be held January 5th from 8-9:30am at D'Andrea Bros. Funeral Home in Copiague. A Funeral Mass will follow at the Church of Our Lady of the Assumption in Copiague, NY at 10am. Burial will follow in Saint Charles Cemetery in Farmingdale, NY
