Stanley Walter Adelberg of Suffern, New York passed away on June 17, 2012. Mr. Adelberg was born July 9, 1941 to Abram and Rose (nee Singer) Adelberg in the Bronx, New York.
Stanley graduated City College of NY and worked for thirty years as a computer engineer with Con Edison.
A sports enthusiast with a passion for the Yankees and Giants. He enjoyed fishing, BBQ's and loved his family and spending time with his friends.
He is survived by his loving wife of forty four years, Donna, son Michael, daughter Ellen, son-in-law Kevin and grandchildren Amanda, Ryan, Jarred, Robbie and Alyson.
His daughter said "he was now up in heaven relaxing in fron of the big screen TV, remote in hand, watching the game with his cup of DUNKIN DONUTS on his new chair all purchased from his favorite place COSTCO".
The funeral service will be on Wednesday, June 20, 2012 11:30am at Riverside Memorial Chapel 21 West Broad Street Mount Vernon, New York 10552.
