Stephen Scott Moats, 59 of Johnstown, passed away at St. Ann's Hospital on June 23, 2012. Born on August 11, 1952 to Harold Moats and Helen (Canaday) Perkins in Belleville, IL. Stephen graduated from Northridge High School and Muskingum College. He currently was a manager at local UDF stores. He previously owned and operated his own pizza restaurant near the Cincinnati area and loved to spend time with family, golf and watch OSU football.
